Mass Media accreditation is on!

 

 

If you represent some media and, being interested in Sochi Winter Music Conference, you are ready to cover the event, then you may easily get accreditation for free access to every activity of the Conference. 

In order to get accreditation, you are to fill in a special form and send it in to our press center at pr@swmc.ru

Internet sites, newspapers and periodicals appearing not less than every two weeks are given accreditation following the event advertising and post factum publication guaranteed (a PDF formatted advertising or a link to the Internet advertising are to be provided to SWMC press service together with the request for accreditation, PDF formatted post factum or link to post factum are to be provided upon appearance).

 

Periodicals appearing once a month or less are given accreditation following post factum publication guaranteed (PDF formatted post factum is to be provided to SWMC press service upon appearance).

 

Broadcasting stations are given accreditation following the event advertising broadcast and post factum broadcast guaranteed (MP3 formatted advertising is to be provided to SWMC press service together with the request for accreditation, MP3 formatted post factum is to be provided upon appearance; in individual cases air reference may be provided).

 

TV programs shooting crews are given accreditation following post factum guaranteed (DVD formatted post factum or share site link to the b-roll is to be provided to SWMC press service upon appearance; in individual cases air reference may be provided).

Advance accreditation is available till February 7.

Participation of any media representatives who have not got advance accreditation by some objective reason will be regarded individually during the Conference at the registration desk of Marins Park Hotel, Sochi, Morskoy pereulok, 2.

In exchange for the application filled in, you will be given a badge together with SWMC 2012 bracelet. The badge contains personal information about its owner and is needed for identification purpose only. Control bracelet is the pass to all events taking place within the framework of Sochi Winter Music Conference 2012.  Bracelet is fixed on an arm for the whole conference period (we apologise for possible inconveniences). It must be presented upon request of the organizers or security.  The bracelet gives the right of free entrance to all SWMC parties, if only clubs are not overcrowded. All participant clubs at SWMC preserve the right to deny access to anyone whose appearance or behaviour does not correspond with the rules. In case of the bracelet loss, you will have to purchase a new one at the registration desk. There is no other way to regain the bracelet.
