Daytime program
Traditionally SWMC 2010 daytime block includes more than 13 academic hours of the market review, presentations, round-table discussions on current topics of the club and music industry in the perfect equipped business center “Panorama” and conference halls of Marins Park Hotel. The most qualified representatives of the music culture - eminent DJs, businessmen, representatives of record labels and special guests - will appear as speakers. All stages, conference halls and meeting points of SWMC are included in the “Daytime program” (you can always take the program on SWMC registration desk).

Badges and wristbands
On the registration desk we’ll give you SWMC personalized badge and wristband.
The badge contains the individual information of a holder and is used only for identification aims. We would appreciate if you put your badge foreground for other conference participants to identify you easily. The country has to know its heroes.
The control wristband is a pass for all events included in SWMC 2010 program. The wristband will be fixed on your hand for all the time of SWMC working (we apologize for possible discomfort). You have to show your wristband by the request of providers or security. The wristband allows you to visit SWMC parties for free until clubs amount its limit. All clubs (SWMC partners) reserve the right to refuse an admission to any person whose behavior and appearance don’t respond club rules. In case of a wristband’s loss you need to buy the new one on the registration desk for 3 000 roubles. Any other ways for regain the wristband are not provided.

Come in time
Please follow the time that is pointed out in the daytime program. In conference halls the number of places is limited. In case if the conference hall is full, we can refuse an admission. Moreover being late and making nose you avert the speaker and disturb other participants.
Cell phone
The phone calls can be so annoying, that’s why it will be reasonable to switch off the cell phone during the meetings and seminars.
Valuables
SWMC providers are not responsible for a loss of personal things. Please look after your property and keep valuables safely.
Changes
The day and night schedule can be corrected. Providers have a right to make changes in the program. Please watch the updates on SWMC web site and on the registration desk.
Messages
You can use hotel services to send or receive the fax. On the registration desk and information you can leave or get messages from other conference participants.
